Jagath Waidyathilaka Mallika Arachchige (doctor ayu. med.)

Dr. Jagath Waidyathilaka (Ayu.med.) has studied Ayurvedic medicine in Sri Lanka. He comes from a traditional Ayurvedic family of doctors who have been practicing traditional Ayurvedic methods for two generations. Dr. Jagath graduated from Sri Lanka Gampaha Wickramarachchi University of Indigenous Medicine and has been practicing for over 20 years. He has professional experience as an Ayurvedic doctor as well as in Panchakarma therapy (the five elimination procedures of Ayurvedic detoxification: Pancha = five, Karma = procedure), not only in Sri Lanka but also in Germany. He was active in the Baltic Sport- und Ferienhotel on Usedom, in the Sathya Ayurveda Bad Orb Hessen and in the Hotel Seeschlößchen in Senftenberg. Further worth mentioning is the book he wrote: "The History of Spices (Kulubadu Watha Gotha)".

Agnieszka Jaworska-Waz

Agnieszka, born and residing in Poland, is a graduate of MA studies in Economi as well as a masseuse and spa therapist.  Among the numerous activities she had the opportunity to participate in during her studies, she was particularly enchanted by Ayurvedic and Oriental massages.  For several years she has been training and researching the secrets of various techniques for soothing the body and soul.  Massage is more than just a job for her.  She is fascinated by the variety of massage techniques, the possibility of a holistic, individual approach to the patient, as well as combining therapies depending on the needs and preferences of the person.

Gaya Pathirana

Kapila Gaya Pathirana was born in Ratnapura (Sri Lanka). He spent his childhood and youth on a tea plantation, which shaped his love for nature. He was introduced to Ayurvedic healing at an early age in his parents' home and over the years gained more and more confidence in this holistic medicine. He was able to consolidate and expand this knowledge in an Ayurveda course in 2014. Ayurveda is not only a healing art, it is a way of life that can be found in all facets of Gaya's daily life, be it in yoga, meditation or even in the medicine cabinet. His experiences in our western world, the hectic pace, the stress and the unhealthy way of life of many people made Gaya's wish to let his way of life of Ayurveda take root here as well, grow bigger and bigger. So the idea was born to bring the magic of Ayurveda a little closer to the guests of the island of Usedom and to open a spa.
